My friend D believes that this is the best pick up line ever, though he probably would never have the guts to use it on a girl he's really interested in:
(walks up to a girl)
"You're mom's an asshole."
"..what?! why?"
"'cause you're THE SHIT."
when he told us this line, bunch of immature guys including myself cracked up laughing. In writing, it's not that funny but it's the way D presents himself that makes this joke work. But as funny as this is, I can't help but to imagine a situation where a guy completely screws up, something like this:
(walks up to a girl)
"you're an asshole."
"..what?! why?"
"because your mom's shit. oh wait... fuck."
It wouldn't be pretty, but I think it would be kinda funny - to everyone uninvolved that is.
